May Group International is a professional event planner and manager based Beijing. What makes us stand out is our deep understanding of cultural differences. Over the year we haven been working together with many international companies, chambers of commerce and embassies, providing them with top-level event services focusing on the following four main parts

Embassy / Consular Event

We have a wide range of clients covering foreign embassy, consular and NGOs in China and have been assisting them in various events.

Company road show / Product release

For years, MGI have been promoting our company clients in releasing every epoch-making products and their enterprise image building.

Art performance / Cultural Exchange

MGI takes a leading role in the cultural exchange area in China both introducing international art performance to China and offering Chinese art performance a bigger international stage. We will introduce a Danish multi-media stage drama based on Christian Anderson’s fairy tales which to be released in summer 2016.

Management

We don’t just prepare the event -our May Group International team will manage the whole event from the sideline from before it begins until after it ends. We will guide you through the process or offer assistance in the faces needed. We like to help you make decisions and advice you whenever needed, in order to organize the most perfect and memorable event for you.

Venue

The location of an event is one of the first and most important decisions that must be made. We will use our large network and long experience to suggest and arrange the best location for your event.

Performance

To offer you a custom made event May Group International is working with a lot of both foreign and local performers.  Our network of entertainer’s and artists spans across all corners of China and the rest of the world. Whether you are looking for something specific, refreshing, classic, rough or elegant, we can find it.

Stage

We acquire all materials needed for setting up the stage in accordance with theme, style and decoration and during the time before the event we do all the assembly.

Equipment

MGI has or will acquire all the equipment related to the event hosting from lights to hi-tech management equipment. Likewise, we provide our own tools which are required to do the assembly of larger equipment.

Decoration

No matter what theme you have or what type of location your event will be hosted at we can suggest, design and acquire the decoration. MGI specialize in custom made decoration with strong symbols and themes.
