Storyline

This series tells the story of the remarkable physician, Tan Yunxian, who works hard to become a top ranking surgeon of the Ming Dynasty. Tan Yunxian, who is intelligent and sweet, is born into an imperial medical family where she secretly learns Chinese traditional medicinal theory from her grandmother.
