The Road of Exploring

Storyline

The story about Mao Zedong before he became the chairman of CCP. The story begins in 1918 when China is at war. In Hunan Province, Mao Zedong, Cai Hesen and Xiao Zisheng found found a union for fellow students where they discuss the future of the country. In order to make money, Mao and his friends travel north to Beijing University where they find shelter. Mao is put in charge of managing the university library where he meets other revolutionaries. At the same time, Mao meets Yang Kaihui who he falls in love with.
