Storyline

Spring Festival is about to arrive and the village chief is feeling unwell and is taken to Hainan by his daughter for treatment. The Communist Party member, Wang Cheng has been elected the temporary village chief, but the task is not an easy one. All matters of affairs must be attended to, all families have their problems, which require attention and the villagers insist on settling all their dispuits with the village chief. In order to make everyone happy before Spring festival, Wang Cheng spare no effort in seeing to the villagers’ every needs.
