Storyline

Wu Mingxun, the vice president of Renhua Hospital, meets his old classmate, Zhong Lixing during a business trip in the United States. During this period, Zhong’s sister died in a car accident and, Zhong himself could not save her life. Wu Mingxun then talks him into returning to China and joining his hospital to build up the Cardiac Surgery Department.

Thinking he will be promoted, Wu Mingxun returns to Renhua Hospital, but, unexpectedly, many changes had befell the hospital while he was gone and he now has to catch up while settling his friend into his new role.
